By accessing or using the Arodya Referrer Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Service Description
Arodya provides a referral coordination platform for medical tourism. Referrers use the platform to submit patient referrals, track patient journeys, and earn incentives for successful referrals to partner hospitals in India.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Accounts are created via Telegram authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Arodya reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion.
3. Referrer Responsibilities
Referrers must provide accurate patient information, obtain proper consent from patients before submitting their details, and comply with applicable healthcare regulations in their jurisdiction. Referrers must not make medical claims, promises of outcomes, or misrepresent Arodya's services to patients.
4. No Medical Advice
Arodya does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by licensed medical professionals at partner hospitals. The platform is strictly a coordination and referral tool.
5. Incentives & Payouts
Incentives are earned when referred patients complete treatment and payment. Incentive amounts are determined by rules set by Arodya administrators and are subject to approval. Payout requests are processed after admin approval. Arodya reserves the right to modify incentive structures at any time.
6. Patient Data & Consent
By submitting patient information, you confirm that you have obtained the patient's informed consent to share their personal and medical details with Arodya and its hospital partners for the purpose of treatment coordination.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to submit false referrals, manipulate incentive systems, share login credentials, upload harmful content, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arodya is not liable for medical outcomes, treatment complications, hospital decisions, or any damages arising from the use of this platform. Our liability is limited to the coordination services provided through the platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via Telegram notification.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
